Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post product including Regular, Express and eParcel products with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by eParcel with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, which can be viewed after you add any product on your cart. Only if you choose shipment with tracking service, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Most of the games will be shipped via regular C5 size padded bag with the bubble wrap inside.
Our ordering system is fully automated process of payment and allocation of items ordered is generated within seconds of you placing your order. All in stock orders purchased prior to 2 pm (AUS Eastern Standard time) will be shipped the same day!

Warranty is void if warranty labels have been tampered or removed. 5. GameLane will not accept any damaged goods caused by misuse or improper handling. 6. Goods that come with manufacturer warranty should be returned to manufacturer's service center directly by buyer when claiming on the goods warranty. Warranty period will start from the original invoice date. Customers are assumed they have agreed to our Warranty Terms when purchasing the goods and services. 7. If shipping insurance is not purchased, we cannot be responsible for lost packages during delivery.
