  Regarding our Pre-order Games Policy:

  1) PRE-ORDER PRICE GUARANTEE: Price for pre-order items sometimes fluctuate between the time the item is listed for sale and the time it is released and shipped. Whenever you pre-order video game from us, the price you will get will be the lowest price between the time you place your order and the release date. However payment had to be made 5 days after the checkout and prior to the release date of the game. If the price was higher at the time you made the purchase than the release price, we will refund the difference as GameLane store credit. Please contact us to generate your credit store regarding this matter.

  2) The release dates are just estimation when we will  have the games in stock and are subject to change. This data are supplied by the distributors and should be used as guidance only. 

  3) First pay first served is applied to all of our procedure, including Pre-order items, which mean those who made the payment first will get priority.
