• How to redeem a coupon

   

  As a Gamelane customer you will receive exclusive coupons which can be redeemed to give you a special discount. Each coupon contains a unique code that is entered during the checkout process. Here is our quick guide on how to redeem these coupons:

  1. Add one or more products to cart

  Depending on your coupon restriction, some promotional coupons cannot be redeemed on Sale Items. Products with a crossed out price and a new price listed are Sale Items. We have already discounted them to the lowest price possible. When selecting an item to redeem your Promotional Coupon on, select an item that does not have a crossed out price.

  
  

  

  2. Locate the coupon code

  Once you have already added one or more products to your cart, you need to locate your coupons. This is located on the GL Coupons link once you have logged in. Make sure that the total amount on your cart is greater than your coupon amount. Otherwise the difference cannot be credited back to your account.

  3a. Click on the unique code

  Simply add any items to your cart and click the code that you would like to apply to your current cart.

   

  

  3b. Alternatively you can also enter the code manually into the coupon code field on the checkout page

  

   

  Click the redeem button and the coupon amount will be deducted from the outstanding amount

   

  

   

  4. Complete checkout process

  One promotional coupon per item can be used per transaction. You can now redeem multiple promotional coupons in the one order, each coupon will be applied to a different item.

   

  Multiple coupons can be redeemed during one checkout. Terms and conditions apply.
