Available for Pickup |
Order is now available for pickup and please bring the correct amount of cash when you are coming to collect the order.

Awaiting Bank/Internet Deposit |
We have not yet received customer's bank deposit / internet banking transfer fund until today. If customer has already deposited the fund recently please allow up to 24 hours via Commonwealth Bank or 2-3 working days via other banks.

Awaiting cheque payment |
We are still awaiting for the Bank Cheque or Money Order. If customer has just recently sent it to our mailing address, please allow a couple of days for clearance.

Awaiting for Additional Payment |
Depending on which payment method you have selected, we normally only awaiting for bank deposit payment to be cleared. Additional payment from other payment methods are normally charged instantly.

Awaiting Paypal Payment |
PayPal payment for the related order is either still pending due to bank clearance or there is an issue when sending the PayPal fund to our account.

Canceled |
Order has been canceled due to customer's request or we are unable to fulfill the order.
|
|
Cash On Pickup |
We have received your order, and currently we are still preparing the order to be ready for collection. Depending on the product availability on your order, you can come to pick up the products that are in-stock first.

Digitally Delivered |
Subscription/voucher code product order has been sent to customer's email address
|
|
Payment accepted |
Your payment has been accepted for the related order. Depending on the product availability on your order, we will either ship some of the games separately or ship them all together.

Payment accepted - Available for pickup |
Order is now available to be collected from our pickup address. Please print out the invoice or bring any identification documents such as driver's license or passport for further verification when picking up order.

Payment accepted - Order partially shipped due to stock issue |
One or more products in customer's order has been shipped separately due to backorder stock or we are unable to fulfill the rest of the order at the moment.

Payment Pending |
Customer's PayPal payment is not an instant payment ie. PayPal eCheque payment is in progress. We should receive the money in about 3-5 working days depending on our bank. Once we have received it we will mark this as Payment Accepted.

Refunded |
Related order has been canceled and depending on which payment method customer selected, we have refunded the payment via the same method. Please allow 2-3 working days for clearance.

Returned |
We have received back the returned one or more products in related order. We will either send you an exchange, or provide store credit/refund if we do not have the product available.

Shipped |
All products in related order have been completely dispatched. Please refer to the email we sent regarding the tracking number and delivery time.

We have generated a store coupon for the related order.
