Gamelane accepts various payment methods when placing your order with us, you can pay by Bank Deposit (Commonwealth Bank), Visa or Mastercard (process automatically through eWAY), Cash on local pickup, PayPal, Bank Cheque and Money Order.

Using bank deposit or internet banking transfer

Gamelane has a business bank account with Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Transfers can be made via your internet banking system or over the counter at your commonwealth local branch. Depending on which you bank with, your payment may take 1-2 working days before it is processed.

This option is suggested for customers without credit card or PayPal account. For customers from overseas we suggest using other payment methods, as normally this option will be quite costly.

Using Credit Card

GameLane accepts only Visa and MasterCard. No credit card details are stored by us on any server, and each transaction is handled on a case by case transaction basis by our secure payment gateway provider, ANZ eGate and automatically proccess through eWAY

Using cash on local pick up

We also provide cash on local pickup sevice in case you need the items immediately. Local pick up is only available by appointment during our trading hours (Monday-Friday 10am - 6pm Eastern Standard Time). Please bring correct amount as no change kept on premises

Using Paypal

PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay and get paid online. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information.

Using bank cheque or money order

Bank cheque or money order allows you to transfer money to us safely from literally any place within Australia. As it will take longer to send and clear the payment, it is only recommended if you do not have any other means of payment.

You can rest assured that you will get your item from us on time and to your satisfaction (delivered within 24Hours payment received for in-stock items). All of your items will be shipped directly from our warehouse facility in Sydney which also provides a pick-up service. Additionally, all the materials for our packaging are environmentally friendly products. We care for our lovely planet earth and please help us to protect it too :).

The Packaging are sized based on your item dimensions to provide extra protection. Most of the games will be shipped via regular C5 size padded bag with the bubble wrap inside. Our ordering system is fully automated process of payment and allocation of items ordered is generated within seconds of you placing your order. All in stock orders purchased after receipt of payment prior to 12 pm (AUS Eastern Standard time) will be shipped the same day!

Our Free Shipping policy will include all the handling and packing fees as well as Registered Post/eParcel postage costs for domestic customers only. Registered Post/eParcel includes tracking number for your shipment that can be viewed after your order had been shipped and compensation for loss or damage of the article up to $100 for a standard registered delivery. All parcels sent must be signed for and if the shipping address unattended during delivery time, the postie will leave a note to your addressee to let them know which Australia Post retail outlet you can collect your parcel from and the time that it will be available for collection. We will provide you with a link to track your package online once your order has been shipped.

For any urgent shipment we provide Express Post service is a fast delivery services that offers guaranteed next business day delivery of your parcel when sending it through the Express Post network also with tracking number. For larger size parcel we might use courier service such as Fastway Couriers. As No signature is required, there is no insurance/compensation offered by Australia Post when using the Express Post option. We will provide you with a link to track your package online once your order has been shipped.

Please note that any claims of items being lost or damaged during delivery will not be accepted if express post was chosen.

For international orders, transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
